You choose the hotel or cruise, and we book it at no extra cost to you, typically at the same rate you'd find booking direct, since our partners pay us, not you. What changes is everything that comes with it. Through our membership in the Virtuoso Travel Network and our relationships with leading hotels, resorts, and cruise lines worldwide, Hammond & Co. clients enjoy added benefits at most 4 and 5 star properties. These often include a room upgrade when available, daily breakfast, a $100 resort credit, and early check-in or late check-out. Beyond the perks, we reach out to every hotel or cruise lines ahead of your arrival to share what matters to you and ensure you are at the top of their VIP list. You keep the freedom of planning your own trip, and we make sure you arrive as a valued guest, not just another reservation. THE CURATED ITINERARY

For some trips, the hotel is only the beginning. Maybe it's a milestone celebration, a destination you've never visited, or a multi-stop journey with a lot of moving pieces. This is where we take everything off your plate. We start by getting to know how you like to travel, then design a personalized itinerary around you and adjust it as many times as you need until it feels just right. From there, we book and confirm every hotel, tour, and transfer, and every hotel stay still comes with the same Virtuoso perks described above. Our concierge support covers dining reservations and ideas for your free days, so you're never left wondering what to do next. Before you leave, you'll receive everything in easy digital travel documents, and once you're there, we're just a message away if anything comes up. You simply show up and enjoy it. Planning fees start at $250, depending on the length and complexity of your trip, and we'll always confirm your exact fee before any planning begins.
